Winter Sunset is a painting I finished on February 19, 2018. I love sunsets and so I drew out this composition to paint a winter scene. In the winter time the atmosphere is more clearer at sunrise and sunsets than most seasons of the your my opinion. I used a liner brush and a #2 bright brush to produce this painting. The composition has a tree line at the horizon going all the way across the picture plan. There is also a road going from the foreground toward the horizon. As the road meets the horizon line the tree line is broken due to the path of the road which has ice reflecting of the sun as it sets in the background.
