For as long as I remember being fascinated with weather, I have always thought that lighting in a distance during a full moon night is totally amazing.  It just captivates me.  My attention is instantly anchored on the beautiful night time sky.  I love clear starry nights where there is a full moon with it.  However, when there is lightning with that beautiful starry moon light sky it make the sky truly amazing.  This is my inspiration for doing "Moon Lightning".  This painting is an expression of my passion for weather and art.

This Painting was done last week.  I have always had a fascination with storms ever since I was a child.  I just really like it when the sun is out and there are dark clouds in the distant.  This painting I did out of that love of stormy weather.
